    Creda Washing Machine not dispensing the soap powder

    Creda Simplicity 1000. The powder placed in the dispenser tray is not taken in for the wash. Water supply to the machine checked O.K. and machine is completing the wash cycle, though obviously the wash is not thorough. Anyone experience this problem?
