Hi, i have new complication ffs, just starting to dismantle the Gulley and the pipe goes nowhere?? seems there must be a pipe under the pipe arghhhh. so what do i do now??..why is this pipe cut off? is it cut off... unless it's the trap????

That's where the bath waste comes out, it goes into the hopper at the top, then down into the gulley, can i ask, i can use a slight angle on the fitting from the clay to the plastic? or use one of these to get the angle i need...

Ok Hugh, i think i know what you mean, take it all out, get the underground pipe in the picture on the same incline as the existing clay pipe, couple it up with the rubber coupling, run it along to the rest bend, then go vertical to access rodable fitting, that's without a gulley, if you can do...

Hi Hugh, this is what i have mocked up, it's going to need some tweaking, can i put the pipe like this? or not, obviously it will have to be cut shorter as it get dropped to the required height. cheers

Thanks Hugh, i put lots of soft back fill on the pipe side, and clay went on top last, i left out all the big bricks that was in there, should i do it back up and do it again, then chuck all big bricks back in it?? cheers

Hi Hugh, cover the pipe? before i back fill it? do i put a slab over it? part way to the top? i filled it half way up the pipe with Pea gravel, then have back filled, with soft mud, until, about 300mm now all i have left are the bricks and clay that was in there, do i put this in?. thanks

Hi, we had a guy dig this hole, down to the soil clay pipe, he didn't come back, and we have decided to do things a different way, so i have started to fill the hole on top the clay pipe, i have poured Pea Gravel in the Gap i made in the centre of the pipe and surrounding it, and compacted it...
