yeah, sometimes its great but most of the time its a pain in the ass, like customers phoning at 10 oclock on a sunday night to get a quote for having a hob fitted (and you've still goto be polite)!

i agree, cleverer people than use gas blokes have decided that 12months is the time to have you appliances seviced to keep them running correctly.

look like myson matchmates, a normal garden hose will **** out, you need to take the screw out of the middle (with a rad vent key) and get a hose on quick (smaller than hosepiupe size tho)
