Boiler installed new in 2021. So what result are we looking for ? If heating is ON, all rads (except column) fully hot and i start turning TRVs off one by one every 15mins. Lets say after 2 rads column heats up fully, what will that tell us ?

I switched them all off except the column one and thats when it heat up whole. Didnt do one by one. Ill try your suggestion on my day off as it seems like a longish process ;) So lets say i start opening one by one and then column starts cooling down after the third one. What does that mean and...

Wow. Id say a bit too much hassle for little reward. Id rather leave as it is and not mess with the boiler ...

So. All rads off, the extension one hot all over ! The good news is that i wont have to change it. Balancing issue ?

The builders who built extension and done the rest not coming back until 2nd of jan. So trying to figure out meanwhile whats going on. So if i shut all TRV's on other rads and it still doesnt heat up whole, whats next ?

Might do that and if another one behaves the same then it is not rads fault ;)

After 3 rads off, bottom left was still luke warm although the area was smaller. Will switch off all rads and turn the heating on today. Will see what happens ..

I doubt i have instructions left, but when i contacted the seller, they contacted the manufacturer, they didnt mention/ask which way it was installed, plus the pics of the product showed valves at the bottom. Seller offered to replace or to refund. Shall i get another makeor is this CH problem ?

I think it is beyond me and will need someone who knows what they are doing ;)

3rd rad off, after some time, the column rad: out 10 columns, 8 fully hot, 2 has 25% still warm. Dunno if switching off helped or the lenght of heating on, but defo feels like it is getting there slooooowly. Switched heating off now, way too hot in the house. Will try switching all rads off and...

On it ! ;) Second rad off. Yes it is the actual lockshield on the column rad.

First statement is correct. All rads everywhere where hot. All valves are open everywhere, but not sure about the column one as its lockshield looks like one in the pic and dont know how to turn it ;) The guy who installed it says it is ON, although id like to see it myself ;)

Well, the one inside the house with "*" is all cold, extension one has same issue. Also, pipe next to trv is hot, pipe next to lockshield is maybe half the temp on the extension rad

They have "*". So im leaving extension one at "5" and the one it is connected to at "*".

For the start: Shall i turn lockshield or TRV off on the rad to which column rad is connected ? And leave all valves open on the column one ?

Basically rad is on the extension wall, pipes go under floor to the wall opposite, another rad is on that wall on the other side, pipes go through the wall and connected to the CH at the point where other radiator's lockshield is. Will try to turn TRV to zero later on and see what happens. What...
