Thank you for your reply. The top light is not level on the horizontal. The door closes ok but is a bit stiff when opening/closing. I agree that it will never look completely level when the canopy is off plumb. But I do not believe that the top light should be sloping in the opposite direction...

Only bottom photo is of how door is fitted now. Canopy is slightly off - a few mil, going slightly down from left to right.
