    Can a mixer shower be embedded in solid concrete wall

    Hi, We are wanting to fit a mixer shower on the wall with concealed pipes. The wall however is solid concrete. Do I just channel out room for the pipes? How much room do they need? Any problems doing it this way? Thanks!
