Yes the flash is close to the switch and is blue. An oil heater was plugged in to it at the time and i'm not sure if it was switched off. Couldn't tell you the brand name, it is a standard plastic cover. Could you recommend a good brand before I attempt to replace the others? The old ones...

Even though the socket is new - only a few weeks...

A power socket in my living room flashes when the socket switch is switched off. Is this just a bad connection or something more serious?
