Bathroom extractor that closes and seals out drafts?

To not have to fork out for the DTM module (i was not aware of the 2 min max time limit, this would have definetly sold it to me to implement my own solution), I fitted a Shelly 1 Mini Gen 3 device in the wiring that waits 10 mins upon power on and then turns on power to the fan, problem solved...

I have fitted Sonoff T3 switches throughout, works great integrated with Alexa and Home Assitant. Need a neutral at each light switch though so check your wiring first.. Need something to control the power going into USB heating element

By their nature, once they are warm they will keep the heat well, plus your bodyheat will keep the inside of the gloves warm. Why not just turn them on for a few minutes when you first use them then turn them off. I doubt you will need to keep turning them on and off all the time!

    Electric mirror problem

The electrical circuit inside the mirror has developed a fault. Could be anything. If you feel competent in doing so you could open it up and post some photos. Might be something you can diagnose but i suspect you wont be able to fix it.

Shaver Charging in Bathroom Shaver socket but not 3 to 2 pin adapters

Logic says the next test is using a multimeter to measure any AC volts on the 3-pin output of the adaptor when plugged into the shaver socket. Measure L-N as the earth won’t be connected through.

    Insignia shower units vs Alternatives

I have just purchased an Insignia 1700 series steam shower bath. Bolted it all together today and got it working.. It does look nice but i was not impressed with the instruction manual, lots of key points were not mentioned or described. It seemed to me that for the harder bits the poor guy that...
