Hi People I've has this model less than 2 years and to be honest its not used that often however my wife used it the other day and then suddenly it switched off, no fault lights or anything, the thing is completely dead......................could it be a fuse? this means I would have to unscrew...

also i forgot to mention this plumber was recommended by my builder (i just happened to know of him in my area and know his work is good) How would i know that his first quote of 2800 didnt include a little "drink" for the builder heh? because when i did use the "HAGGLE" word you seem to hate...

well i took the screws out of back and top dropped drum slightly so i could loosen larger belt off drum so i can put smaller belt onto the rota spindle Managed that (strong hands needed) put drum belt back n in its proper place and replaced all the screws............IT WORKS....HOORAY

hi thanks for that but on further investigation ther seems to be a smaller belt which has snapped which seems to be on the motor, i ordered one from amazon believe it or not as beko would only sell it with the spindle ( which is still working fine) im only hoping i can put it back on and then...

Drum has stopped turning.......its still generating heat....i have taken the back off and the belt if fine Any suggestions on what has gone, if its the motor or anything else is there a way of testing to make certain it has gone? i know its a cheap machine but i am having an extention done...
