    plumbworld are only contactable by email for tech help. is your cold pressure alot greater than your hot ? feel the hot pipe to the valve.

    pressure reducing valve is no good won't balance it needs to be fed from the same tank. you should be able to free the valve and all be ok

    cold needs to be straight from tank. the cold may of over time been putting pressure on the non return and now it's jammed.
