    Thanks for info however the problem with my valve seems to be that the gear bit that turns under the synchron motor in in pieces! I am unsure if any parts are missing. Looks like a spring has come off and motor smells a bit burnt out also. I take it no one does an aftermarket valve..... Huh...

    John the valve is a ( 4044) I bought a 28639 from tool station however unsure of wiring at moment as said brown is live however new valve does not have a brown!

    Thanks for reply Not sure what the boulder valve is but will investigate ! I do not have a wall stat in the house. If the hot water is working does that mean that the circulation pump is working ok or does the circulation pump only work the heating side of things?

    Thanks John for your quick reply There was a clicking noise from that motor if we are talking about the same thing? ( above the pump with a three way pipe thing under it) Can this be purchased on its own or do I need to replace whole unit, pipe also. Rough Price?
