Do you mean put a bung in the water tank itself?! Seems a good idea! Well, I've just (slightly) undone this one and water starts to come out of join... not sure how this helps?! (assume this is the one you meant!) Checked the red wheel... it's intact and shaft is definitely turning! :)...
