I can't seem to be able to remove the Axor temperature controller knob for my shower. There's a grub screw midway that comes out but it doesn't seem to do anything or allow me to remove the handle. I'm trying to see why it doesn't turn far enough to make the shower hot (at the moment its tepid)...
