Hi Folks, Our dishwasher was found to be not washing the bottom rack properly, my wife took the initiative to see if the bottom rotor is turning.... it isn't. What is involved in rectifying this problem?. Thanks.

Just to add, after fitting all the new bits, they then took them all back again after deciding it was beyond them!. This fault really makes no sense at all. :(
