many thanks noseall Glad to hear about the planning. The plumbing will remain pretty much the same but will be adding a new toilet. Extending the house is not an option and the house is a terraced 1930s one so the back room is minute anyway.

hello i am wanting to extend my bathroom as it is very small and i am tall :( I would like to extend into the small bedroom next door. this would mean the house goes from 3 beds to 2. any advice about planning etc many thanks
