Just an update... got plumber out he took pannel off and ontop of the boiler at the back someone knocked an old carbom monoxide alarm down there i think the bateries were nearing dead.. :oops: must of been the landlord who live here previously, they didnt even know it was there... :oops...

im 110% its the boiler i may just need to call in a plumber altho it dose seem silly

hi, thanks I have taken the batteries out of the smoke alarms and CO2 detector and its coming from inside the boiler itself!
