You could try what BingoBongo suggests, may help a little but this will obviously mean searching for another plumber and if that plumber is prepared to take that job on he is a braver man then the first. I would cut my losses find a recomened helpful plumber who will install one radiator...

you sure its the condensate pipe and not the "blow off pipe". As for the regs you ll find info in your manufactures handbook for the boiler, you ll also find out it should be run in plastic, to a soil waste drain etc etc

Did the old radiator have a trv fitted, which radiator of the three gets warm, is your system a one pipe system. To be honest what he has done and what you ve decided to do personally i think looks ridiculoius and id question why your plumber suggested this set up, surly another flat wall would...

it turned with spin of screw driver and stayed spinning . testing gear in van at work so unable tonight.

Removed the pump tonight and wired a plug straight too it sssshhhhhhh, my girlfriend give me funny look hehe. So the only way it will work at the moment is with a quick turn with screw driver. What do you suggest new pump or wd40 well something like that

The flying lead needs to be permanent live you ll need seperate wire for switch live. Last viessmann i fitted had nothing but problems make sure you really flush system out can be very sensitive to dirt in system

Cant you pump some deposit remover into it and de scale the boiler and all parts in situ. make sure you flush boiler out afterwards. So much more cost affective then replacing plated heatexchanger

Dont forget 15mm radiator valves, plus make sure all pipes are 8mm some was done in 10mm. Easy job however draining and re filling may be problem if old system. Looking at days labour plus materials so depends where you live. Are some or all twin enrty?

The company i work for are agents for sime, like any boiler repair its hard to say with out stood infront of it. The boiler could simply need a descale.

Id suggest invest in a pump, i piped mine in 15mm plastic. Shower worked fantastic. If your not going to use a pump then 22mm should be fine, careful with essex flange can be tricky, their is other alternatives on the market.
