Can i replace these parts if what you say is true?

I've checked the downstairs main fuse box an nothing is tripped. Everything is on. Yes that looks like the shower. : The shower was here when we moved in. ABOUT 1 YEAR AGO.

Thanks for the reply. Erm...where is the fuse located? I'm guessing it's a power shower. It's just a standard electric. Does this mean i have to unscrew the casing a take a peep inside? Thanks again John

My shower is a Topaz t80i. This morning i was taking a shower and the shower water just stopped completely. When i turn the shower on the power and everything works...just no water. Not even an attempt by the shower to pump any water. Just dead. Anybody shed any light? Thanks in advance.

fixed The smell was coming from the bathtub plug hole. I used 1 dose of Mr Muscle sink/shower unblocker and left it over night. Jobs a gooden the smell has now gone. :)

It's working a treat ollski thatks a lot, i blasted it like you said the heating on full, only hitch is that the bathroom radiator is hot in only 1 corner I don't think it was bleeding properly. Never mind the rest a roasting hot all around so i can't complain, not that i need it in the bathroom...

Thanks Breezer, so which way should the nut move more over to? the left or the right? my ball is on the left the rod is on the right Ball >> rod >> valve in this direction Also i had another idea, if i put a piece of card between the valve and rod surely this would stop it?

Can't i get a rubber overflow peice from B&Q to slip over the overflow pipe so it's only a few mm higher. This would work I think.

Yes it's definately my loo overflow. The problem is the ball needs to be slightly higher. It has a nut on the arm just before the valve can you adjust this?

Yes i see what you mean, it is plastic though so i can't bend it. This sounds like a really stupid question but what is the valve? is it that button when pressed stops the water being filled? it seems to be never ending releasing water.
