Hi mate most the ends are shot its quite solid floor under the joist so would you suggest just putting legs on each joist ?

hi guys got some floor joists that have rotten ends where they go through into the brickwork pockets i wanting to cut the rotten ends off and brick up the pockets what would be the best method to then re stable ? maybe metal brackets screwed into the brick or brick pillars ? cheers
