there is not a stat on the hot water tank and no place for the stat on tank anyway Any other ideas Thanks Frank- frank furter

apollo fanfare 30/50 boiler
As you can see i have an old boiler.My problem is my hot water is too hot(boiling in fact).I have looked on the hot water tank for a thermostat but there is'nt one how is the temperature regulated? i have looked inside boiler and there are two stats a hi and low are these the stats that regulate...- frank furter
