Hi, a new mixer tap was installed on the bath two weeks ago but it has come off. When I manage to get it back on the tap won’t turn off the water (cold tap). I assume putting it back on wrong, What do I need to do to put screw tap head back on properly ? Thanks

Thanks but unfortunately didn’t work. I assume I don’t need an Aqualisa shower hose to make connection work so not sure why it is like this
