hi, measure the diagonals of the frame and also the door. if it was fitted correctly, they should be both square. if the doo is longer from the top on the hinge side to the opposite corner, then chances are it has dropped. it will need toe and healing.

if you used 9.5mm board and the walls are plumb, then the overall thickness should only be around 15mm. make sure you muck the edges of board in well to stop cracking.

same as. two frames nail gunned up. job done. 1 12.5mm fire check plaster board and skim will do the job.

we dot and dab before final skim. its quicker and there is less chance of cracks appearing as the wall dries out. :wink:

when you say the same rating, is that 35w per position or is it 60w which is the transformer max rating.

sorry, should of explained myself better. yes, 1 light fitting and transformer per jb. the transformers i normally use are rated at 60w.
