    First time yes and it worked, now I couldn't get that in, not long enough and it's not working. Does that inner white bit need to rest on the bit where you put the red arrow for it work properly?

    Yeah I tried that, alas to no avail. Managed to get it in, but getting no channels , which is weird so maybe it's not long enough or something...I don't bloody know...will give the f plug thing a try and if all else fails will cancel my TV licence and just watch YouTube and Netflix.
