How can I add extra legs to this table?

Hi, this extending table isn't the best design as if there are 6 of you the legs are in the way. I'm wondering what I can do to improve it please? I'm thinking he ideal thing would be another similar frame I can just add under the folding part, but not sure how I can do that? Thanks

Where is most likely that bay window roof is leaking?

Hi, I took this earlier from the window, from the stains it looks like the water is getting in somehow along the flashing. I'm wondering if I was to tuck a strip of roofing felt maybe a foot wide under the flashing that may cure it?

Thanks for your help, is that the case if I have only just stopped the leak? Or should I give it chance to dry before trying to push it again?

Had a dishwasher leak, should i remove chipboard?

I am thinking it could be worse under the tiles as it would stay wetter for longer.

Had a dishwasher leak, should i remove chipboard?

It's a small patch in what is a not very load bearing area, one foot of the fridge sits on it. It could have been leaking for years, but there's no hole, I can just about push my thumb into it if trying very hard, but not right through. Im not really worried about the chipboard itself just the...

How thick is the party wall in an 1880s stone house?

I need to drill them to fit coat hooks. Last time I tried this I remember having trouble getting a good fixing. You can hear quite a lot through the walks so I guess they aren't very thick. I don't want to drill right through to next doors!
