Are these old bulkhead light fittings replaceable with LED?

I reckon that photo shows a poster saying "Medical emergencies in the dental practice" with "<unreadable> NHS" next to that, so probably in the UK. Who knows if the OP will ever come back!

Are these old bulkhead light fittings replaceable with LED?

If the existing fixture is a standard size, then it's likely that drop-in replacements exist, which someone could suggest to the OP if we knew the dimensions. @ericmark see, someone appreciates you :D

Are these old bulkhead light fittings replaceable with LED?

Supply voltage. Electrical regulations. Standard/commonly available product dimensions.

    60a supply upgrade to 100a ?

Replies you get in forums are just advice. Nobody is paid to answer questions and you're not paying anyone for it either. Lurk for long enough and you will work out who's useful, who's a Walter Mitty, who's a waffler, who's an ivory tower/high-horse type, etc. You have to use your judgement at...

    Tadpoles and leaves in pond?

I had a newt tadpole in my pond within the last month. It has various deciduous trees overhanging it so I do as Munroast described.

    60a supply upgrade to 100a ?

I can't wait to read how it went when you tried to do it yourself.

Elnur Gabarron Prossh 308 Storage Heater Charging Issue?

Start by checking both registers on your meter and see if they both increment. You might need to do this several times a day at first to get an idea of what is normal.

    What's the suckiest vacuum cleaner?

I got a Sebo X4 Extra from charity shop for £30. Absolute bargain, solid build quality and almost all parts are available as spares. Yes, it's great at picking up cat hair.

Door handle retention screws - Why so bad?

I should think it's fairly low risk even for a novice DIYer to drill a few small holes between the pairs of handles. The "exit wound" is going to be covered by the handle, and there's already a hole anyway so there should be very little tear out. At least you know what the solution is even if...

Covering up uneven messy concrete slabs with Gravel Grids | Leveling Help

You appear not to be able to comprehend my post, and then immediately decide I must have some ulterior motive? Says more about you than me, I think. I'm out. And I am going to be very sore if it turns out everybody else has been getting prizes for their "number of replies"!

Comando Socket for EV charging (In Scotland)

Is it worth the effort to go from 10A to 16A charging, on a hybrid vehicle, which presumably doesn't have a particularly big battery anyway? How much time will you save on a 0-100% charge?

Am I allowed to drill a hole through the back of the DNO meter cabinet and fit a CT clamp? Should I?

Make a hole in the inner leaf of the cavity below the meter box, feed your power cable through that and then bring it up through one of the holes in the bottom, connect your Shelley. This really is risky though, because there are at least three cables in that cavity which you don't want to hit...

Covering up uneven messy concrete slabs with Gravel Grids | Leveling Help

Start by jet washing it and then live with it for a bit. Rendering shouldn't bridge the DPC :(

Bodging a gasket on dishwasher circulation pump/heater assembly

Followup....last few times I have run it, the pan has been dry. Can't really explain this one. Nothing like this ever "fixes itself"! I was emptying it after every run previously. At least I can put the kick panels back on now.

Am I allowed to drill a hole through the back of the DNO meter cabinet and fit a CT clamp? Should I?

What happens to the tails indoors? Straight in to the fuse box? I would put it in there but you probably don't have an isolator so it's not a risk I would take, as an amateur.

Wren Kitchen Drawer jumps to left

My guess is that something catches the rear right corner, but the drawer passes it.

Attaching wood to plaster wall corners?

Don't be. Cars are reinforced and kept rigid with glue structural adhesives nowadays and they undergo way more stress that corner piece ever will.

    Furniture Joint

They were driven in to hold the joint while the glue sets. As you can see, the profile of the tongue here is probably too small to support the load [unless you've abused it!]. Even if it was big enough, you would struggle to glue this back together. I would put a couple of large screws into...

    Decent tape measure

Magnusson 5m double-sided tape is only about a fiver from B&Q. Only problem I've had is that the magnets are a bit loose and need pressing back in occasionally.

Advice or ideas on narrow garden landscaping, partitioning and dealing with a raised patio

Two opposing requirements - it can't be substantial enough to screen something and also not really be visually imposing! You could soften the appearance of the wall by growing something up or down it.
