    theres no bypass pipe inbetween the pump and valves (could this be the cause of the boiler starting to ignite on its own ?) heating engineer is trying to source a heat exchanger but have told him to hang on untill he gets me a price fisrt. thanks for the quick responce. darren

    please could some shed some light on our problem boiler. we have a ideal mininimiser ff50 boiler with a mind of its own,when the control panel is switched off ie not asking for hot water or heating the boiler ignights on its own making the boiler rattle like hell and sending water into the tank...
