Thanks for that nickso.... I'll check those things tonight I was getting a mixture of temperatures, but not searing hot over the weekend, but last night the water flow from all hot taps stopped Just moved into the house this weekend and had confirmation that it was serviced 2 weeks ago...

Firstly I couldn't get consistent hot water from my boiler it would run warm and then go cold and then warm again, and now I'm not getting any water coming through the hot taps. I have been told it's the 3-way valve that's stuck. The rads heat perfectly.
