I have switched over the boards and my mates bolier is doing the same thing as mine was so it was defintely the board. I'm off to get a spare :D

That's what I thought it might be. My mate has got the same bolier, i'm going to swap that part over to see if that's what the problem is, but do you think that it might cause a problem in his boiler?

thank you i have tried bypassing sensors i have also pulled of one wire from gas valve and then it will run.
