John, Many thanks for that. There are indeed rubber boots / gaiters but they ain't done their job! The two bolts holding both parts of the caliper together are out ok but the (metal) bushes are not for moving or coming out. If I could get 'em out I would be a happy chappy. Norrie

Hello all, 2004 290 HPi Iveco calipers are meant to be 'floating' ie pistons on one side of the disc only. Mine don't float and I can't work out what's wrong. Do they slide on bushes over the securing bolts? Help! Cheers, Norrie59
