    I am convinced the hop tap washer needs renewing. I assume I have to separate the top half of the tap from the bottom half to do this - am I correct? Thanks in anticipation.

    In the UK is there a universal size? I want to replace the drain in my shower with a new chrome drain that is 85mm in diameter but am concerned about the flange width. Help!!

    I have a Yale HSA6200 system installed and have bought a HSA6410 control panel as I want an internal sounder. How do I go about this? Is it a case of disarming my system and starting over again but using the 6410 control panel instructions?
