Been having problems, first thing was the Fan Limit control switch wires melting, i have stripped these back and resoldered. Now the fuses blow as soon as the power is switched on. The fuse that blows is always one of the 3AMP fuses between the Supply to Transformer and the mains. Thought...

It was the Fan limit thing you spoke of - I have soldered it back together and Boiler now fires up - but only lasts around 5 mins and shuts down again. FAN spinning but very slowly. Do i need to replace the limit switch?
