Can I connect the black pipe with the pipes coming from extraction fans? Or will it blow the smelly air to the washrooms instead? Please suggest the solution. Or shall i use the adv valve? Thanks

It's not possible for rain water to travel that far to that height. If its a soil pipe, can this much water be collected due to condensation? It was nearly 2 litres which I drained out from that black flexible bit... thanks Also shall I block this? Thanks
