    Thanks for the response. I did get Severn Trent to come out, they helped slightly but still not resolved the issue. It does look like a supply issue as the water is coming through to kitchen sink but is slowly trickling through.

    Thanks for sharing. This might be a dump question, is there an actual valid solution to this without support brackets between the ground and first floor? I don't think steal was put in so think it resting on wood joints is most likely solution they had.
