Thanks for your reply and it appears to be running ok now but the image where I think a bulb fixes the interior metal panel is shaped to fit what could be a bulb?

microwave stopped working and the capacitor was shorting out so swapped that and microwave is working fine. The oven element is now glowing red but the fans are all working? Also when it gets to about 60c there a buzzing noise, the element is in good condition and meters out ok. It looks to me...
