i have been looking around the internet and have found this, it looks exactly like mine on the outside and looks similar inside, minus speaker. it said original ism handset based on the vox 2000.

We have just moved into a flat/apartment and have a very old and damaged vox 2000 handset. although it works, its gone yellow with age by the looks of it and is all cracked, so want to modernize it. can anyone give me some guidance on what to buy and any help they can shed on changing the unit...
