Hi, can’t find an answer to this so if it’s been asked before apologies. I have a v9 and would like to upgrade to cloud arm disarm / current installer has panel locked down fully and is slow to respond etc, so I’m thinking my best solution is to cut him out of the loop and fit a new v11 panel...
