    Which shower pump ?

Wow, that couldn't be further from the truth ! I am tearing my hair out trying to find a decent plumber, but they just don't communicate, they ... take ... SO ... long. And I AM prepared to spend the money, whatever it takes, but it HAS to then be trouble free, I CANNOT keep doing this ! I've...

    Which shower pump ?

I have no idea, I'm not a plumber. There's only low pressure to the bath/shower, rest of the house is fine. I'm wondering why that is. I need to get a plumber round there & thrash out options, but no one reputable's available. Feel like I'm hitting my head against a brick wall.

    Which shower pump ?

After I received the report on Wednesday, I asked the surveyor to let me know how much more work would be involved to have only the bath/shower boosted. I'm still waiting. I also asked what his availability was to do the work he had quoted for. "Will be more than 2 weeks" is all I've been told...

    Which shower pump ?

I noticed the 1st prerequisite is a 210 litre hot water tank, & it's capacity is about the only thing the surveyor didn't put in his report ! If the cold water tank's too small, & the thermostat on the hot water cylinder's about a foot to high, what's the chances that would be insufficient too...

    Which shower pump ?

Tenants have asked if a Flow Flex might be a possibility. Does anyone have any experience with them, could it work ? https://share.google/yNUr90r2SlgrOZEny

    Which shower pump ?

    1. Noise, particularly in a bedroom, especially overnight. And the tenant's just suggested that could affect when I com to sell. 2. I've asked, waiting on a reply but I'm guessing it'll be WAY more expensive than it already will be, plus being - presumably - a bigger job, would delay scheduling...

    Which shower pump ?

For what it's worth, I've received this today. Does it help ?

    Which shower pump ?

He wants to fit an RP that affects everything else. They told me to get the CT60BU, which the surveyor said is too noisy. I will call them again Monday but I just thought I might get a heads up here beforehand as I'm not confident they'll advise me properly when they already haven't. And maybe...

    Which shower pump ?

Countryfan, I've said why. I'm using their approved plumber. He's done a survey, I'm waiting for his report. Then once he fits it, any problems - it's over to them ! After already more than a month, I cannot start again from scratch. Time is of the essence. My question is - what suitable...

    Which shower pump ?

Ha, you'd think so, wouldn't you. Except the plumber who walked away invalidated the warranty by not fitting it properly. Plus it needs an S flange in the cylinder. Plus it shouldn't be sited under the bath. Plus it's not a suitable pump ! The list goes on !

    Which shower pump ?

You're right but I'm being told it's not suitable for this set up, that's why it's burnt out after a couple of months (was originally fitted in July). It's intended more for just a shower as Johntheo5 said earlier.

    Which shower pump ?

I have to use Salamander now for peace of mind. It's a rental (hopefully for no more than a couple of years, once the tenants leave. Maybe sooner, fingers crossed). The surveyor is a Salamander approved plumber so by using them, with the warranty, it's straight over to them if there were a...

    Which shower pump ?

The CT50 is no good for the bath/shower setup, is only suitable for showers, same as the CT75+ that's failed. And it can't be sited under the bath, it has to go by the hot water cylinder, in the airing cupboard, in a kid's bedroom. Going to be a mammoth task, going up into the loft. The one...

    Which shower pump ?

I'm pretty much obliged.to go with a Salamander now - long story - using one of their approved plumbers. Surely they do a suitable pump that's quiet ?!

    Which shower pump ?

It's not a shower per say, it's an attachment where you pull a plunger to use as a shower or leave to run a bath (or vice versa, can't remember).

    Which shower pump ?

HI, Getting desperate now  I've had shower pumps fitted under the bath for over 30yrs but over the last few years they haven't been lasting very long, the latest - a Salamander CT75+ - just a couple of months. The plumber who fitted that has walked away from the problem after 3½ weeks so...
