I don’t plan on doing anything with the roof apart from insulating it. As it’ll be an occasional room, it doesn’t make sense to spend so much as the rear pitch of the garage ends at the back of the room and it goes flat from there. I’d have to take both roofs off and to me, it’s just not cost...

It’s an electric up and over, but I won’t be blocking up the internal access from the hallway, just from the garden room (see image 3).
