yeah you're probably right , will keep an eye on it and if it continues will contact the retailer I got it from . Or i could just use the pull switch after every shower :(

Thanks for your response , I bought the shower myself and had it installed when my bathroom was renovated. My kids are now convinced there is a ghost in the house :) Guess I will turn power off to the shower and check internal wiring first , could it possibly be a faulty solenoid ?
