Well , where do I start ! I have a Jaguar Combi 28 Gas which is slow to heat up the hot water for the kitchen tap when it it turned on for normal flow which is right next to the boiler. The bath & sink take even longer and they are about 3 metres from the boiler. I did have a problem recently...
