    Savio GAIA 424S DHW problem

    Dear all, It's the Savio GAIA 424S again. (BIASI family) I had an engineer came in and replaced 2 diaphrames but still Hot water is not working. Now he says I have to change the pump which will cost £200-£300. shall I let him proceed and will it be the end of the paying? Please help...

    Boiler dhw problem

    I have a Savio GAIA 424S. Since last year we have been having problems with the d.h.w. It does not fire when the c.h. is not on. It fires only when the c.h. is on. Different engineers give different analysis. We have no hot water in the summer last year when the c.h. is not on. Help please!
