MI states this boiler has an anti pump seizure operation . How does this operate and how often. I have a l/lords tenant saying the combi strikes up at 9.45pm every night i.e. the boiler starts running for 10 mins but does not produce heat, this is with all stats/timer off and no h/w demand...
