Hello All Hope someone can help , looking at a baxi 105he boiler , hot water works fine but heating doesn't , will only work if pressure is above 2bar but when working it goes above the recommended 2.5 bar operating pressure , also the boiler keeps losing pressure but no signs of any leaks...
