I have a monoblock kitchen tap; swan neck with a directable nozzle. The tap is chrome and make is unknown. My question is where may I obtain a backnut for the tap? It is rusty and has \\\"blown\\\". I have tried many local plumbers merchants to no avail. Please help!

Hi, I have a room approximately 6mx6m. I have removed the material from the floor so that I may install a wet, underfloor heating system. I was looking for a book on the subject; can't find one. Can any one help? Mark
