    old grey victorian plaster loose

    Hi, I'm not sure if anyone can help but i'm after some advice... We bought a victorian house and we are doing it up room by room. The current room we are doing had some picrure rail up and when this is removed it has revealed lots of loose plaster. There seems to be a very thin skim on top...
