    US LED Lamp will it work in the UK

    I would like to know if I purchased a lamp from the US, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004LBD3XA would it work in the UK if I were to put a UK plug on it? I'd be willing to take a chance on it, just wondering if the odds were in my favour?
