    Vapour membrane when insulating Brick wall

    Hi Guys, I will be insulating a garage wall. It is a brick wall, I will screw 2"x 2" studs to the wall and then will attach Cellotex and the plasterboards to those studs. See picture. Do I need a vapor control layer in this situation? Maybe between the plasterboard and Cellotex? Thanks
