    Shed - Single skin or double?

    Im building a blockwork shed roughly 3.7m by 2.4m. Im thinking cavity wall for the damp proofing properties but don't want to lose the internal space. Is there another good method I could use to give me good water insulation properties. Maybe 2 outer courses of render and internal render?
