I've got a loose connection on my boiler, it's the red ignition lead on the PCB, the crimped connection is loose and causing problems, will I be looking at a new lead or will a new crimp fix it?

I've just had a new combination boiler fitted, it's fitted I'm my outer building and the flu exits out a one of the side walls, the issue I have is the flu had a 45deg end on and this is turned upwards, I'm just concerned of water entering the flu and then the boiler. Is this correct?
