    TRV problem, radiator stays HOT

    I have a Mistral II TRV that isn't doing its job. The radiator stays hot even when the TRV is switched to off. Can I try replacing just the head or do I need to get a man in to drain/replace? Thanks, Lynney

    tap spraying, just hot water, not cold

    We've just moved house and the kitchen tap sprays water everywhere. Only the hot water does this. The cold comes out of the outside part of what looks like an aerator, the hot from the middle.
